Operations
In making the
t-shirt, we need some steps. There are prepare the material, production process
and packaging.
First step in production
process is chose the material. The good material of t-shirt is
from cotton combed. Beside it is strong, the quality of cotton combed also
good. After get the material, the next
step is cutting suitable with the size which wanted, usually S (Small), M
(Medium), L(Large) or XL (Xtra Large). Start from All size or size L first. Bankky Distro does not make many products, but
limited edition. Next is designing. In the designing process needed the
good inspiration and understand about customer necessity. If the design can
suitable with customer necessity, the product will looked for by the customer. There are two important
tools, the first is origin design and
the second is tool that use. It’s can use Corel+ Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. There are three maters
that should remember in make the design, packaging and t-shirt picture. After
that is screening. There are
many screening technics. Such as waterbase until gradation. The next step is
sewing. Sew t-shirt neatly. And the last is packaging. Do it funny and unique.
It cans supporting to t-shirt market.

universal. There are four groups of market targets. They are teenagers,
employments, local stars, and civil servant. The market targets of this
business consist of four. But if the modes change, we want to follow that.

compete with the market price, and we make customer satisfaction with the best
quality materials.
Advertising and Sales
We
have some strategies
to advertise our business. They are :
Firstly,
we will spread the brochure.
Secondly,
we will advertise in radio
Thirdly,
we will broadcast in television
And
the last, we will make the business place convenient for shopping.
